HandGaul !!

HandGaul !!

Watching the Ireland V France game tonight you cannot help but feel sorry for the Irish. Not only have they possibly been the better team but they have gone out to a bit of sly cheating. Henry is one of my favourite players of all time and I cannot decide weather I think less of him for this? Much has been made recently of players cheating or trying to con referrees and I do not think Henry is a dishonest player. I think he has done whatever he can to help his team reach the world cup and that is by any means. I think had it been a player of the country I support I would bot be complaining, as bad as it is. My heart goes out to the Irish team and fans though who did not deserve to go out by such an injust goal. Surely the responsibility falls at the feet of the officials who did not spot this.

The All New Cameroon Shirt

The All New Cameroon Shirt

Heres the new Cameroon away shirt that will be worn during next years African Nations Tournament. I quite like this shirt, its abit different to what they usually go for and is more like a club shirt. With it being a puma one, make sure you go to the gym before buying one as there quite tight and show off all you contours!!! If your going to buy one, might aswell get one with a player on the back as with most African Nation shirts, even if you spend hours online looking for deals, you will never really find a heavily discounted shirt and usually have to pay aroud £40. I prefer this to the green home shirt and like where they have the badge on this shirt, i think it looks good on the right side, with their other logo on the left. The numbers on the front always look good also

Marc Bircham Has A Great Idea

Flashy boots have thankfully been banned by QPR'S Academy

Flashy boots have thankfully been banned by QPR's Academy

Marc Bircham has banned his youngsters from wearing coloured boots at the QPR academy. Marc, who used to play at QPR is now the assistant acedemy manager and is in charge of bringing through the future stars of the club from the age of 9 and right upto the age of 18. Marc thinks that young players today are somewhat different to when he went through the academy system and believes they should earn the right to wear the boots. I think this is a good idea and i imagine that this happens at allot of clubs up and down the country. The youngsters should clean the senior players boots and work hard until they get there chance in the first team, once they have made it, they can wear whatever boots they want, and after all, its not a pair of boots that make the player. Ive always been amused about players who worry to much about what they look like, however i can appreciate players that look after there boots properly (im talking about in the amateur game).
