X Factor Finalists Lineup

X Factor Finalists Lineup

Its getting to the later stages in the competition now and most of the favourites are still in, even the Twins, John and Edward. As the competition continues to hot up, we take a look at how some of the contestants from the finals may line up at the local sunday league pitches

1 GK- Jamie Archer- The Tall rock star with his cool looks and aggressive voice is perfect for the goalkeeper role. With large reach and good handling, Jamie is the natural choice.

2 CD- Graziella Affinita- Has shown her fantastic team player skills in the newly formed Miss Frank and has nailed down her spot in the team.

3 CD- Shanice Davis- With a great work rate and strength in abundance Shanice is the main sweeper in the team. With a playing style similar to Gattusso, she should give ample of protection to the goal.

4 CD- Shar Alexander (C)- Shar lines up at the heart of the team with Graziella and as captain provides plenty of encouragement to the rest of the team with her vocal and leadership skills.

5 WB- John- John is a perect choice for left wing back. The natural left footer has shown plenty of pace and is not scared to run at people. Also has a very long throw like Rory Delap.

6 WB- Edward- The other half of the famous duet secures his place on the opposite wing. Also a left footer but ca use his right very effectivley also and is confident at beating a man in the final third of the pitch.

7 CM- Joe Mcelderry- The skillfull youngster from up north occupies the number 7 shirt. Similar to Joe Cole in playing style he provides spark and creativity to the team. He can also do loads of kick ups.

8 CM- Olly Murs- The tough tackling central midfielder can cut out a pass and also reads the game very well with his sneaky eyes. With good distribution and positioning he is important to the team.

9 CM- Lloyd Daniels- The pretty boy of the team is mainly there for the female fans and to sell shirts. Good in the air, Lloyd also provides and ariel threat and is the set piece taker for the team.

10 ST- Rachael Adedeji- Racheal has great legs and they are very fast too. With her fantastic surname to match the on the field performances, Adedeji was always first choice upfront. Great striker of a football.

11 ST- Danyl Johnson- The main goal scorer for the team, Danyl is always in the right place. With finishing like his look-alike Eduardo, Danyl is a threat to any defense and is also the teams penalty taker.

On the edge 5-Aside Team

Thursday, June 18th, 2009

Here is a 5-Aside team for controversial celebs who are often living on the edge for one reason or another.

GK- David Hasselhoff- The American stopper has had a bad few years in the limelight. Since his days as a sex symbol on Baywatch he has struggled to cope with personal problems and has been caught ‘wasted’ on various occasions, most notably at heathrow airport.

DEF- George Michael- The very talented recording artist slots in well at left side of the defense. The very popular singer has had a successfull career but in more recent years has been caught by the police and the press doing numerous acts of badness

DEF- Kerry Katona- The ex- Atommic Kitten star is now the face of Iceland’s food adverts. Kerry has struggled recently and was leathered on live TV show ‘This Morning’. Kerry blamed this on her ‘Bi-Polar’ disorder? Anyway, the stocky defensive leader fits in on the right side of defense and brings many qualities to this team.

MID- Brian Harvey- The tough tackling defensive midfielder is also a former pop star. Brian; once of boyband East 17 is the lynchpin of our team and breaks up the play. The famous singer has had a few problems over the years and recently was accused of trying to kill himself with his own car. Of course as he later explained, it ws the hot jacket patatoes that had caused the problem. Being to hot to eat, upon mass consumption he fell out of the open door and then underneath the car as he pressed the accellerator.

MID- Paul Gascoigne- As the only player in the team with international experience, Paul is probbably the most important player. The gifted playmaker inspires the rest of the team and improves morale with his practical jokes. Paul is unfortunatley very much on the edge and is fighting many personal battles. Recently caught tring to get into a pub with his own house keys in the morning.

ATT- Britney Spears- In sunday league, Britney plays off the front man but we have converted her playing style for the short game. The talented pop star is deadly infront of goal, comparable with Inzaghi. Often thrust into the limelight, Britney has struggled with the rise in her popularity and has had recent breakdowns. The press never leave her alone and most notable moment was shaving head a couple of years ago.

Heres a really sexy picture of Britney Spears in her prime for all you fans. Britney must be one of the most gorgeous women of all time!!!

Eastenders v Coronation Street

Coronation StreetEastenders

This is not just the stuff of legend and fantasy, this game actually sometimes happens! I know because I was privileged to watch a match between Enders and Corrie at Edgely Park once. I only remember a few instances from the match. 1- Kevin Webster is so small! 2- Les Battersby was a knob and got himself sent off! And 3- Bepe DeMarco’s goaty is one of the greatest pieces of facial hair the world has ever seen!

But in all seriousness if these two great institutions of British TV were to hire a Power League pitch in neutral ground (somewhere near Walsall for instance), who would play for each team and more importantly who would win!

As well as this battle, probably more important is which team has the fittest cheer leaders. We will also be looking at this.

EASTENDERS

GK- Minty (Big, fat and well fills the goal well)

DEF- Jack Branning (Tall, hard and uncompromising)

MID- Phil Mitchell (Well TV’s tough man, although a beer or three at half time could spell disaster)

MID- Ricky Butcher (Bit of a wet blanket but a good strong left foot)

FOR- Max Branning (Despite being an ugly ginger, he always seems to score!)

SUB- Ian Beal (Mr Versatility himself, will lend a hand to all aspects the game)

SUB- Bradley Branning (More a tactical player, like Teddy Sheringham a good supersub)

MANAGER- Peggy Mitchell (Similar to Sir Alex, has a great Hairdryer when she gets going)

CHEER LEADERS- Dawn Swann, Chelsea Fox, Ronnie Mitchell, Roxie Mitchell and Stacey Slater

CORONATION STREET

GK- Kirk Sutherland (Lanky and agile, a good shot stopper)

DEF- Gary Windass (Tough a not afraid of anyone)

MID- Kevin Wesbster (Little midfield Dynamo)

MID- Jason Grimshaw (The heart and soul of the team and a genuwine prospect, great at building attacks)

FOR- Chesney Battersby (Young, fast and inventive, should run rings around the opposition)

SUB- Peter Barlow (Unlike Enders this alcoholic can take a back seat in the bar until called upon)

SUB- Ashly Peacock (Speaks like a girl but plays like Scholes)

MANAGER- Dev Alahan (Runs a few businesses and is friends with many of the team, a real players coach)

CHEER LEADERS- Tina McIntyre, Michelle Connor, Rosie Webster, Maria Connor and Kelly Crabtree

Off those line ups I have to say that I fancy the skill, flair and youth of Corrie to come good against the tough and ready to mix it up East London team!

Dawn EastendersTina McIntyre

As far as the eye candy goes I think Eastenders beat Corrie, even though Tina McIntyre is probably the best of all of them! The thought of having both the Mitchell sisters is too much to bear and they have to win, plus Dawn is a real show stopper!

Girls Aloud 5 a side

Girls Aloud

Ok so Girls Aloud, well we would all like to have a go at managing them! Maybe a rub down after a gruelling game or working on their chest control! But in all seriousness who would play where in a 5 a side team!?!

I would go with this team

GK- Kimberley Walsh

DEF- Sarah Harding

MID- Nadine Coyle

MID- Cheryl Tweedy

FOR- Nicola Roberts

Kimberley in goal is an obvious choice as she looks like a biggest one! A nice big frame to fill the goal with! A big strong Yorkshire lass no doubt brought up playing cricket so should be very good with her hands!

Sarah Harding is basically a an uncompromising, tough tackling, calls it how it is defender.

Nadine is a little terrier! In the Gordon Strachan mould! Wont let anyone get away from her! Some people have called her the White Essien!

Many people will say I have called Cheryl Tweedy the wrong name, but it is simply because I don’t recognise the thing people call Ashley Cole as a human and therefore their marriage is not real and he name is still Cheryl Tweedy! Plus she has creative midfielder all over her…and could well have a few all over if Cashly Cole ever strayed again!

Nicola Roberts a little scouser just like her mate Wayne Rooney, perhaps not the prettiest in the team but she can finish like no ones business!

So what do you think?
