Is Raymond Domenech the biggest nob in football?

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010

Watching pathetic France today i could not help but feel sorry for the players and the fans alike. Though the players must take some responsibility for poor performances, the campaign for world cup glory has been demolished by the crazy and hated domenech. It appears that he has been on a personal crusade to do things the hard way and with his stubborn team selections and poor tactics has almost single handedly knocked france out of the cup himself. When he returns to france i think he will surely be the most hated figure in the country. I think the french football federation were wrong to appoint lauren blanc as his successor before the world cup, cant help feeling they should have sacked him before and given blac a go. What will domenech do next? hopefully not manage my club!!!!!

Kenny Dalglish To Liverpool

Friday, June 4th, 2010

So Liverpool have finally got rid of the fat spanish waiter by mutual consent and probbably a few million in the spaniards back pocket. The question is now, who will replace him? Amongst the favourites for the job are Martin O’Neill and Mark Hughes. The rumour that grabs my attention though is Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish!!! It is thought by some sections of the media that he will step in on a temporary basis with Ian rush as his assistant until the club is sold. The owners however have not intention of selling at the moment and this could take a while! Surely you cannot ask 2 legends to step into the position and expect them to save the club. The pair are currently at liverpool in some form of ambassador roles but have no recent experience of premier league experience. This sounds like a recipe for disaster if you ask me!!!

Premier League Stadium Tours

Old Trafford is easily best value for money

Old Trafford is easily best value for money

This is what we think is the league table when it comes to stadium tours and value for money. Clear leaders are Manchester United at a fairly priced 12.50 with the great stadium and amount of trophies they have won. In second are Liverpool and Blackburn sneek into 3rd above Chelsea because of the cheap admission fee and the Premier League Trophy from the early 90′s. Chelsea are cemented in 4th because of the recent success. They are one of the more expensive in the table but given their location in London the price is reasonable. Below Chelsea there is a massive gap and Fulham are 5th Because of the price and location, plus the fact the have one of the more traditional grounds in the league. Arsenal are 6th thanks to recent sucess and the brilliant new stadium. After that theres not much competition. Theres an arguement for and against all the rest. Some shockers towards the bottom of the table!! Most notable; Birmingham City. What is that about!!! £15.95, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

1- Manchester United – Old Trafford – £12.50
2- Liverpool – Anfield – £11
3- Blackburn – Ewood Park – £6.50
4- Chelsea – Stamford Bridge – £15
5- Fulham – Craven Cottage – £8.50
6- Arsenal – The Emirates – £15
7- Manchester City – Eastlands – £7.50
8- Portsmouth – Fratton Park – £12
9- Everton – Goodison Park – £8.50
10- Aston Villa – Villa Park – £9.95
11- West Ham – Boleyn Ground – £10
12- Wolves – Molyneux – £5
13- Wigan – DW Stadium – £6
14- Hull City – KC Stadium – £5
15- Bolton – The Reebok Stadium – £4
16- Stoke City – The Brittania Stadium – £5
17- Sunderland – The Stadium Of Light – £8
18- Burnley – Turf Moor – £7
19- Spurs – White Hart Lane – £15
20- Birmingham – St Andrews – £15.95

Alex Ferguson could quit Manchester United to enter World Chewing Gum Championships

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010

Sir Alex Ferguson

Alex Ferguson is considering leaving as Manager, of Manchester United, to enter the World Chewing Gum Championships.

For the last two years Mr I Chew, Chairman of the World Chewing Gum Championships, has been sending emails to Ferguson, on a daily basis trying to get him to take part in the annual competition.

Mr Chew has been watching Ferguson during Manchester United, matches and is convinced he is the fastest chewing gum chewer on planet earth. If Ferguson was to leave Manchester Chewnited
he would be favourite to be World Champion speed chewer at the
World Chewing Gum Championships.

There are already lots of football managers lining up for his job should he chews or choose to leave.
